Anger Management

In each of these sessions, participants will:
1. Gain awareness about their anger, including origin and triggers
2. Learn to reclaim control over anger and emotions
3. Learn how to control outbursts and destructive behaviour
4. Learn appropriate techniques to share emotions in a constructive manner
5. Reduce feelings of anger
In some instances, Anger Management is court-ordered.
